Doing a cleanse- the right way!

cleanseWe’ve all heard the hype about cleanses, and I admit, there’s good reason for it.  Cleanses provide a long list of benefits for your health and emotional well-being.  Whether it’s weight loss or detoxification, more and more people are changing their health through cleansing.

Not too long ago I was reading an article on juice cleansing, and I was a little surprised when I read this regarding cleansing, “Headaches, throwing up, and diarrhea are normal. It’s a sign your body is ridding itself of built-up toxins.”  Umm, maybe it’s just me but if that’s considered normal reactions to a cleanse, then you can count me out!
